    • Immediate access to their EasyPost dashboard through their registered account.
    • All digital services, updates, and features are delivered directly through our secure online platform.
  2. Delivery Timeline:
    • Instant Access: Most customers gain access immediately after payment.
    • Email Confirmation: A confirmation email with account details is sent within a few minutes of purchase.
    • In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or system updates.
  3. No Physical Shipping:
    • As EasyPost is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, we do not ship any physical goods.
    • Customers will not incur any shipping fees.
  4. Failed or Delayed Delivery:
    • If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first.

  5. Updates & Upgrades:

    • No manual downloads or physical shipments are required.
  6. Refunds & Cancellations:
    • Since this is a digital service, refunds are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
    • Access may be revoked upon subscription cancellation.
